Hey there,
I'm Kyala.
Let me tell you
my story...

In high school I was a highly motivated athlete who aspired to become a surgeon, but given my socioeconomic background, I couldn’t afford the most prestigious universities. I knew I had to be at the top of my game so I started researching ways to improve my academic and athletic performance.

πŸ“š As I dove into the relevant literature, I realized the research only talked about men. πŸ™„ I was frustrated AF with only finding info about the male physique — where was all of the information for female athletes? (Spoiler alert: it didn't exist)

Historically, male-based training strategies have been used for female training programs, without any regard for female body chemistry.⚑*Newz flash, that shizz does NOT work.*

So, I embarked on the journey to become the same expert I desperately needed when I was younger.

πŸŽ“Now, 7 years, 3 degrees and 7 exercise certifications later, I finally found a balance that fits my body, which is something I want every woman to experience.
