HI, I’M KYALA!

With a decade of training and hands-on experience, I am dedicated to promoting an anti-diet approach to health and wellness.

Throughout my career, I have served as a pediatric dietitian, tactical performance dietitian, and worked with entrepreneurs, helping well over 250 individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. My approach is evidence-based, focusing on nutrition, exercise, and the mind-body connection.

What sets me apart is my commitment to personalization. I believe that every body is unique, and therefore, each person's nutrition and exercise plan should reflect their individuality. Unlike the one-size-fits-all approaches I observed early on, I strive to provide tailored guidance that truly meets your specific needs.

My mission is to blend the worlds of fitness and nutrition, empowering you to build a stronger body, overcome muscle imbalances and mindset barriers, and create a sustainable lifestyle that prioritizes your health.

In my free time, I also work with female-led businesses to educate young women and LGBTQIA+ communities on the importance of nutrition and exercise. You can find me featured on @FloTracker and Planned Parenthood of the North Country's YouTube page.

I’ve managed to make peace with my body and I couldn’t be happier. I started The Hype Wellness because I want to use my expertise to help other women find the right balance for their bodies too — without having to go through the same trials, tribulations and all-nighters in the library that brought me here.

Historically, male-based training strategies have been used for female training programs, without any regard for female body chemistry...and it plain doesn’t work. 

What I have to offer you is an expert, science-based approach to tackling your health and wellness goals in the long term that is customized to your lifestyle and personality. I deliver results that are made to last, and I know you’re capable of achieving them.
